Preamble

In the interest of a orderly and amicable relation with our customers all concluded purchase contracts are subject to the following standard business terms and conditions (German: AGB).

Cancellation policy

Right of rescission

You may abrogate in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks your contract closure without giving reasons, or  - if the item has been sent to you before expiry of the term – by returning the item.

The stated period starts after receipt of this cancellation policy, however, not before receipt of the goods at the customer and neither before fulfillment of our duty to supply information acc. to  § 312c clause 2 BGB in connection with § 1 clause 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV, as well as our duties acc. to §312e clause 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV.

For meeting the cancellation time limit, it is sufficient to send back the cancellation or the product in due time. The cancellation is to be addressed to:

Cancellation consequences

In case of an effective cancellation the received benefits are to be reimbursed from both parties and, if applicable, gained uses (e.g. interests)  to be returned. In case the customer is unable to reimburse (the provider) in total or partially for services received, he is required to offer compensation of equal value  For the surrender of the product this is not applicable as far as the debasement of the product is only due to the examination of the product – just as possible as if bought in a shop - .   Besides this, you can avoid the obligation of compensation for the product by not using the product like your property and avoiding everything that will decrease its value. Products ready to dispatch are to be returned at company’s risk.

You have to bear the cost for returning the goods, if the delivered products correspond to the products ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 Euro or if you have not yet effected  payment in full or partially.

Otherwise, the return of the goods is free of charge to you. Products that cannot be shipped by parcel, are picked up at your house. Obligement for reimbursement of  payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.

The term is starting for you with sending your cancellation or the products; for us with its receipt.

End of cancellation policy

Contract closure

Contract language is German. The rights of the Federal Republic of Germany are applicable. You give a binding offer, if you have completed the online order process with entering of the demanded data and if you click the button “send order”. After you have sent your order, we will send you an Email confirming the receipt in house and its details This confirmation of receipt is not an acceptance of your offer, but will only inform you that your order has reached us. The sales contract will only come about with shipment of the goods ordered by you.

Order procedure

You can order in our online shop by

1)      putting Articles into the basket

2)       Entering your delivery and payment data

3)      Entering your email address to enable us informing you via email about your right of recisission

4)      confirm on the control site the correctness of your statements

5)      clicking the button “send order”

You give a binding offer, if you have completed the online order process with entering of the demanded data and if you click the button “send order”.

Prices and shipping cost

Payment by cash on delivery, direct debit or payment in advance.
Our prices and the additional shipping cost to be borne by the customer, include the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19 % for business in Germany . The cost for cash on delivery are mentioned in the corresponding offer.

Your orders are saved in our files.

If you should loose your documents of your orders, please contact us via Email/Fax/Tel. We are pleased to send you a copy of your order data.

Delivery

Orders and deliveries are only possible withing Germany , Austria and Switzerland . If you should wish a delivery to another country, we will be pleased to assist you. Please contact us.

The prices by the time of order are valid.

The validity of our limited offers are shown in our shop with the corresponding description. Despite of thorough stockage it may occur that a sales item is faster sold out than expected. Therefore, we cannot give delivery guarantee. It applies: only while stock lasts.

The delivery is effected by shipment to the address mentioned by the customer.

We usually send via GLS, exept from the case of cash on delivery, which is sent via DHL.

The delivery is effected latest one working day after receipt of the money on our account. Please consider the processing time at the bank.

GLS does not deliver on Saturdays. Due to Sundays and holidays the transport time will be prolonged correspondingly. For delays in shipment we will inform you immediately. In case of a non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right to not deliver. In this case we will inform you immediately and already received payment will be refunded.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the non-sellable property of Edith Binder, until the full payment is received.

Warranty

The statutory warranty is applied. The limitation period for legal claim for defects is 2 years and starts with the date of delivery, i.e. receipt of goods by the customer.

Data protection information

We hereby inform you corresponding to the Telemedia regulation that we raise and use personal data by means of IT in order to justify, implementation of content or change of contract (transaction). Apart from this, we do not pass on any of your data to any third party! For information please contact us, as mentioned in the supplier identification (About us).

We will exclusively raise and use your personal data for order transaction.

Our data protection practise is conform to the Federal data protection act and Tele Media  act.

A „Cookie“ is a small data file, which is transferred by us to your computer when you surf on our website. A cookie can only contain information which we send to your computer, private data cannot be read out with it. If you accept cookies on our site, we have no access to your personal information; but with cookies we can identify your computer. We use cookies so that you can fill and administer your basket with orders.

We use „session referred“  cookies: they do not remain on your computer. When you leave our sites, the temporary cookie is rejected. With the data collected we are able to analyse patterns and structures of use of our website. Thus we can further optimise our website by improving the content or personalising and simplify the use of it.

Most browsers accept cookies as a standard. You can independently admit or prohibit in the safety adjustments temporary and stored cookies. When you deactivate cookies, it may happen that some features of our site are not available anymore and some website might not be displayed correcly. The data stored in our cookies are not linked with your personal data (name, address, etc.). To use our basket, the (temporary/permanent) cookies have to be admitted.

On demand we will give you information free of charge about the data stored about your person or your alias. If you wish to do so, please send a message to kontakt@nasensauger-info.de

Furthermore, we are obliged to correct the stored data, to block or delete them on demand.

Your orders are stored from us. If you should loose your documents to your orders, please contact us via Email/Fax/Telefon. We are pleased to send you a copy of your order.

Information for the possibility to return goods acc. to § 6, 1 sentence 7 of the packaging ordinance:

You have the  possibility, to return packaging without the “green Dot” at our charge.

Electronic devices may not be disposed in the rubbish bin, but only with the local collection and recycling systems of the local authorities.

Information acc. to § 12 of the battery regulation

Batteries can be given back after use in the shop free of charge. The end user is legally obligated to return of old batteries. You may send them also back to us, as mentioned in “about us”.

Place of jurisdication

If the private end user has no domicile within the EU, the place of jurisdication is our business location.

For business with end users within the EU the law of the domicile of the end user can also be applicable, as far as it concerns compulsory consumer right regulations.
